If you’ve been injured at work and would like to make a claim, contact your council’s Return to Work Coordinator. Or you can complete an Employee Claim Form and submit it to your council’s Return to Work Coordinator.

If you would like to make a complaint, please contact your Case Manager. If your Case Manager is unable to resolve your complaint, and you would like the matter escalated, please contact us and we’ll get back to you within one working day.
If we are still unable to resolve your complaint, you may seek further assistance from IRO and SIRA.
