Jann is the Chair of StateCover, having joined the Board in 2012 as an Industry Director. She is also Chair of the People & Culture Committee, and a member of the Audit and Technology Committees.

Jann spent 27 years as a legal practitioner in the insurance industry, including 15 as partner in a national insurance law firm. She currently sits on the boards of several other APRA-regulated entities.

Linda rejoined the StateCover Board in February 2023 following a 12-month sabbatical. She is Chair of the Investment Committee and a member of the Risk & Compliance and People & Culture Committees. Her work experience includes over 35 years in the insurance industry in a range of director, executive and operational management roles, specialising in workers compensation and work health and safety.

Linda headed StateCover for 12 years, initially as CEO, then also as Managing Director.

Andrew joined the StateCover Board in November 2020. He is Chair of the Risk Committee, a member of the Investment Committee, and a member of the People & Culture Committee.

Having begun his career in local government in 1983, Andrew has been the CEO of Riverina Water County Council for six years. He is a past board member of LG Professionals NSW.

Tracey Morris joined the StateCover Board in November 2023 as an LGNSW Councillor Director. She has been an elected representative of Leeton Shire Council for the past 11 years and sits on the Western Region Planning Panel. Tracey’s background is in accounting and finance in both public and private agricultural companies. She is a member of the Audit Committee.

Sam joined the StateCover Board in November 2019 as an LGNSW Councillor Director. He has been a councillor at Ku-ring-gai Council since 2017 and is now the Mayor. He is also a director and former vice president of the Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils. Sam previously worked in finance, strategy, risk and assurance roles in the energy industry.

Sam is Chair of the Technology Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees.

Todd Redwood joined the StateCover Board in November 2023 as an LGNSW Councillor Director. He is a member of the Risk & Compliance Committee.

Todd has been a councillor at Armidale Regional Council since December 2021, and deputy mayor since January 2022. He represents the council as Chair of the Board for Project Zero30, a collaboration aiming to bring the LGA to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.

Todd is also the Global Managing Director – Consumer, Retail and Food Sector for the British Standards Institution.

Craig Wrightson is a Council Member Director who joined the StateCover Board in November 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in local government, including 12 as General Manager of the metropolitan Lane Cove Council, and has served on boards of local government insurance pool companies. Craig is Chair of StateCover’s Audit Committee, a member of the People & Culture Committee, and a member of the Investment Committee.

Andrew is an LGNSW Councillor Director who joined the StateCover Board in May 2023, and is a member of the Investment Committee and the Technology Committee. He was a Lane Cove Councillor for seven years, including a period as the Mayor.

With his background in financial planning and investments, Andrew is owner-director of a financial planning business, as well as Vice President of the Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils.
